Lifetime Residential Floor Coating Warranty
For as long as the original customer owns the property, Front Range Epoxy warrants the professionally installed residential floor coating against general coating or installation failure, including:
- Chipping or peeling caused by coating failure
- Delamination or loss of adhesion
- Hot tire pickup
- Failure resulting from improper surface preparation
- Failure resulting from improper installation or application
- Other premature coating failures resulting from our workmanship or the products installed by Front Range Epoxy
Our coatings are extremely durable, but no floor coating is indestructible. This warranty does not cover damage caused by circumstances outside of the coating or installation itself, including:
- Intentional damage, misuse, or abuse
- Gouges, chips, or other damage caused by dropping, dragging, or striking the floor with heavy or sharp objects
- Damage caused by exposure to corrosive, caustic, or unusually harsh chemicals
- Damage or failure resulting from movement, cracking, settling, deterioration, or other structural changes to the underlying concrete
- Damage caused by modifications, repairs, or coatings performed by someone other than Front Range Epoxy
- Acts of nature or conditions outside the reasonable control of Front Range Epoxy
Normal changes in appearance resulting from age and use that do not affect the performance or adhesion of the coating are not considered a coating failure.

This Lifetime Residential Floor Coating Warranty applies to residential floor coating systems professionally installed by Front Range Epoxy and is valid for the original customer for as long as they own the property where the floor was installed.
The warranty is non-transferable unless otherwise agreed to in writing by Front Range Epoxy.
Warranty coverage is limited to the repair of the affected coating and does not include consequential or incidental damages.
